The trust ladder

Each rung adds credibility. Awards are based on the verified level only — which is what makes them fair.
Level 1 · Self-declared
The parent records the activity or achievement. Honest, but unconfirmed — and clearly labelled as such.
Level 2 · Evidence attached
A certificate, result sheet, photo of the work or performance link is added to the entry.
Level 3 · Verified
The school, coach or competition organiser confirms it. Only this level counts for awards and scholarships.
Fair cohorts, not favouritism
When an award or scholarship is decided, children are compared only against a fair cohort — the same age band, the same city and the same skill — using their verified level and a published rubric. Self-declared claims do not qualify.
You own and control the account
The Talent Passport belongs to the parent or lawful guardian. You decide what is added, who may verify it, who may view it and for how long — and you can export or delete everything at any time. Read the detail in our Privacy Policy.

Who creates and controls the account — the parent or the child?
Always the parent or lawful guardian. Children never hold a standalone login, and the parent controls every entry, verification request and sharing decision.
What does 'verified' actually mean on a Talent Passport?
It means the child's school, coach or a competition organiser confirmed the achievement. Verified, not self-claimed. Parent-added entries stay clearly labelled until a verifier confirms them.
Does a coach need to create an account to verify?
No. A verifier can confirm an achievement with a single tap from the request we send, without signing up.
How are awards decided?
Only verified achievements are considered, and children are compared within fair cohorts — same age band, same city and same skill — against a published rubric.
Is any part of my child's passport public?
No. Nothing is public by default and there is no browsable gallery of children. You choose who sees a read-only view, and you can revoke it any time.
