1. Acceptance

By using this website or the Young Achievers app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and parent accounts

Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above may create an account. You confirm you have legal authority over the child whose records you add.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Content you add

You retain ownership of the records you add. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and process them to operate the service on your instructions.

You confirm that certificates, results and evidence you upload are genuine and that you have the right to upload them.

4. Verification

Verification reflects a third-party institution's confirmation. We facilitate but do not guarantee any verifier's response, accuracy or timeline.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, misleading or harmful content, attempt to access other families' data, scrape the service, or use it to solicit children.

We may suspend accounts that put children or the integrity of the service at risk.

6. Fees

The Starter plan is free for one child. The Family plan is ₹499 per year for up to three children, billed annually in advance and renewing automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Counselling sessions are charged per session at ₹1,200. All prices include GST as applicable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Scholarships and sponsorships

Participation in scholarship, award or sponsorship programmes is optional and opt-in. Selection decisions rest with the relevant panel or partner.

Each programme publishes its own eligibility, application window and award value. A child must have at least one verified achievement in the relevant discipline, and a parent must opt in per programme. Awards are disbursed to institutions or vendors rather than as cash wherever possible.

8. Liability and governing law

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload. Disputes will first be referred to good-faith discussion, then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Hyderabad.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
